LCAM Annual Report 2024
In 2024, the LCAM Coalition rebranded as the Lung Cancer Awareness Movement Coalition to reflect its global, year-round mission. Now nearly 50 partners strong across multiple global regions, the Coalition welcomed new members from Canada and Australia, attended the World Conference on Lung Cancer, and launched a multi-country digital campaign. Stewarded by GO2 for Lung Cancer, the Coalition continues driving awareness to improve early detection, treatment, and survival worldwide.

In 2023, LCAM Coalition expanded its reach and impact, amplifying the work being done by our partners and others while spreading the word about early detection. The coalition created new digital resources to bring awareness to the importance of lung cancer screenings, ran digital campaigns on five continents, and held its first LCAM Coalition live event. These activities’ core focus was lung cancer screening could save someone you love.
LCAM Annual Report 2022
The Global Lung Cancer Awareness Movement (LCAM) Coalition began 2022 with two core goals: to expand our international footprint and to broaden our outreach to increase lung cancer awareness. We achieved both these objectives. A total of 13 new partners from four regions joined the Coalition. In addition, we executed two digital media awareness campaigns that covered eight countries across five continents.

In 2021, GO2 Foundation for Lung Cancer took over stewardship of the LCAM Coalition from the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer. Our Year 1 goal was to refocus our efforts to become a truly global coalition of partners working together to transform lung cancer survival by amplifying the conversation and the importance of early detection, treatment and research.
